I called today at 9:34am and booked a service through the lady that picked up the phone. She took my name and address and promised that the technician will call me sometime in the afternoon prior to their arrival to my place. I waited till 5:49pm when I called to check why no one called me back, the guy who picked up the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE. He said he can’t find any information about my booking (although I gave him the exact timing i called). When I told him this is weird as the morning lady took my name and address and confirmed my booking, he proceeded to bluntly shouting at me with a very angry attitude and repeating “I can’t find your info, call again on Monday”. I hope the company owner sees this and track the phone calls to hear his employee shouting at customers for absolutely no reason. This might be a single incident from a rude employee, but it surely costed you a new customer as I will never call this company again nor recommend it to anyone I know.

SCAMMERS! Got an ad in the mail for this plumbing company. DO NOT USE THEM! Quoted me $3600 for a hot water replacement and EVERY other company was around $1600-2000. When I told him that sounded high he went on and on about how bad the original install was and if you want it done right blah blah blah. SCAMMERS

For sewer plumbing, I'd go with ClearView Services or Mr Mike's Plumbing instead. We have a house that has roots in the drainage on the city property. We've been talking with the city and aware they haven't been able to get to it. So we've had to have our basement drains augered a few times. ClearView does this for us for about $300, including videos of the issue. And Mr Mike's is about $350. We received an ad for this company for a $199 sewer clearing (great) and called once we had our next backup. Now I need to preface this by saying they were very professional, quick to come out, and did seem to do a thorough job. That said, instead of the $199, we were charged over $700 ($1100 if we wanted a video) with a $99 discovery fee. Just. Wow. Nowhere near the $199. Fortunately for them we were in need and made the payment. But this is over 3x the price of other places. They did do the clearing of the drain, but somehow made quite a bad mess in the basement (I.e. getting it all down our furnace). Which I've just never seen happen with other companies before. So, while very polite and professional, between the state of the basement, the massive overcharge, and not honoring the posted price --- I'd really only go to these folks if you have very limited choice. On a plus note, I think using them you'd support local.

I have called this company for my hot water tank today, they are extremely expensive, they just replaced 20 dollar hot water thermostat and charged 1000 dollars as 450 labor & 450 parts. This is really scam company, will strongly recommend to use other company even if it emergency but no this one.

Although the plumber came 3 hours after the scheduled time he was knowledgeable and efficient with the repair to our valves under our kitchen sink and connectors to the dishwasher. The call number is not answered with a business name and as a result is a bit confusing when you call to book an appointment. The fellow just said hello and when I asked if this was the Plumbing Repair Guy he responded by asking who I called. This does not instill confidence , however the job was completed and we are satisfied with the result.
