Nest Gym is poorly managed, no one knows how it operates. Double bookings, membership and offers inconsistencies. Update: After my initial experience, I was quite disappointed with how things were managed at NEST Gym. However, the management personally reached out to explain the situation and the issues they were facing with their previous booking system. They took full accountability, clarified the process improvements they've implemented, and were genuinely open to feedback. I really appreciate their professionalism, transparency, and willingness to make things right. It’s clear they’re putting in the effort to improve the overall member experience. I’m looking forward to giving NEST Gym another try with a fresh perspective.

Great facility. Friendly, safe - I like the smaller size. My only suggestion is to please update the women’s change room. Having to get a key from upstairs is inconvenient as the desk isn’t always staffed and is a pain when using the 13th ave doors. Digital lockers like the men have would be nice and a good way to show that the comfort female patrons is as important as the men. Otherwise, very happy with the facilities and service.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for a while and never had any issues until recently. At first it was so convenient knowing the doctor worked weekends, but now she only works Saturdays, which makes it really difficult to get in for appointments or prescription refills on time. They also don’t prescribe enough to cover the longer gaps between visits. I’ve never had to wait before, and of course the one time I book an appointment before work, I’ve been stuck here waiting for over an hour. It’s also been really frustrating with prescriptions. They consistently don’t fax them to the pharmacy, and they don’t respond to fax requests either. Every time I go to pick up a renewal days later, it hasn’t been sent. My pharmacist ends up faxing them multiple times with no response, and I have to call or go down in person just to get what I need. With how hard it already is to get an appointment, not responding to pharmacy requests to tide patients over makes things even harder. I also still find it frustrating that you have to pay to have any kind of form filled out, no matter what it’s for. I understand that’s becoming typical at most clinics, but it still feels excessive. It’s really tough to find a doctor accepting new patients right now, but after this debacle, I’m honestly considering looking elsewhere. I truly value the doctor I see and the staff — they’ve always treated me with kindness and have consistently advocated for my care. I have nothing but respect for them as individuals. That said, the ongoing administrative issues have become frustrating over time. The small things — delays with prescriptions, difficulty booking timely appointments, and lack of communication with the pharmacy — really add up and make managing my health more stressful than it should be. I just hope to see improvements in these areas because the care itself is great.

We go here & this is a perfect gym so far in Regina. Well lit & hygiene maintenance. Showers lockers are always clean. Workout floor, Raquettball courts are all well lit & always clean. I heard they have leagues too. They have basketball courts and courts for Cricket, badminton & pickleball. Perfect location for downtown area employees.

This place fixed my life. I was down, low energy, and I suffer from anxiety. I was even having a few more beers than i usually do. So, I joined The Nest after waking up just wanting to feel better ... and started out there using an app to suggest workouts. That worked okay to start. Then, I did myself a huge favour and decided to get the beginner training package with Rod (who is a master trainer and awesome soul) and I am already feeling energetic, I don't even feel like just sitting around drinking beers anymore. The staff are awesome and you can ask for their advice anytime, they really made me feel welcome and helped me gain confidence. I wish I could give 100 stars. Thank you Rod and staff for the good energy, I will perpetuate it!!
