I had the most incredible experience at THE LUXE SPA Kelowna. I tried their 45-minute Royal Premium Head Spa, and I can honestly say it was the best head massage I have ever had in my life. A special shout-out to Maria—her technique was absolutely spot on and so incredibly relaxing. One highlight I’ve never experienced elsewhere was the 'bell ringing' ritual at the beginning of the treatment. The way the sound resonated and surrounded me literally gave me goosebumps; it was a deeply immersive and enjoyable moment. For my treatment, I chose the Bergamot essential oil and Mugwort body oil, both of which were fantastic. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-tier spa experience!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at THE LUXE SPA. The environment is beautiful and the atmosphere is just perfect for relaxation. Their facilities are well-equipped, and the service was impeccable from start to finish. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, and the complimentary cookies and hot tea were a delightful and delicious touch. The massage therapist was exceptional with their technique—it was truly one of the most comfortable experiences I've had. For my treatment, I chose the Jasmine essential oil and Rosewood body oil, both of which smelled amazing. I’ll definitely come back. Don't miss out on this place!

Amazing experience! The royal deluxe head massage was so relaxing and began with a sound bath which really added to the experience. We started our treatment by being shown all the oil scents to choose from. We were then served tea and cookies which were delicious! After our treatment we were brought to the beauty room where we could relax and blow dry/style our hair. The atmosphere in this spa is top tier and we will definitely be coming back!

Me and a friend had a “Royal Deluxe Head Spa” service and it was amazing! Incredibly relaxing and serene. The staff were extremely attentive and very kind. As soon as you walk in the door you feel like a VIP as if everything there was designed specifically for you. Every detail is thought of and you don’t need to worry about anything just experience. We loved the Beauty room they had for you after your service. It’s such a perfect way to end your massage as it provides time to unwind from the experience and adjust back to the real world. They had blow dryers and more tea and cookies! I was celebrating my birthday and I was surprised with a banner and little touches throughout the room! This was such a lovely thought and went beyond what I expected. Thank you to all the staff we had the pleasure of meeting today for making such a relaxing and unforgettable experience. We will certainly be back!

Amazing experience! I really enjoyed the head and shoulder massage, the staff was super friendly and giving myself a blowout in the lounge afterward was a nice touch. My hair felt so soft afterwards too. Definitely recommend!
