This is a great clinic. If you’re looking for a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist, I highly recommend Candace Mazur. She is amazing at her job. Not only is she kind and professional, she is incredibly knowledgeable and helps so many people. I’ve talked to a few people who go to her for treatment and they all agree she is awesome. Candace makes you feel comfortable and guides you through everything she does. The clinic staff are all really great to deal with as well. Booking online makes it very convenient.

All the staff are amazing, Candace is great for both pelvic floor and physco, the masseuse Karen is so talented I have been seeing her for years. My son has gone to Bobby for his soccer injuries and James has helped with my daughter’s concussion. With all the years of experience at this clinic you can’t go wrong.

Graham Glennie has continued to provide me with Excellent Care with his Experience and Knowledge in Treatment and the Technology and Equipment the Joint Physiotherapy provides in the Personal Care and Service with a Successful Treatment Plan I was provided with. Excellent Courteous Staff that Welcome You. James Dean and the Joint Physiotherapists are Best for all Your Physiotherapy and other Services they provide for Your Physical Health and Wellbeing is my Choice. 10/10

I can’t say enough good things about The Joint! They’re new to town, but it’s clear they bring a wealth of experience and genuine care to every session. They’re always punctual and make the most of each appointment — everything runs smoothly and on time. What really stands out is how thorough they are in assessing and explaining everything, ensuring you understand your treatment plan and feel comfortable throughout. You can tell they truly care about their patients and their recovery. It’s refreshing to find such an efficient, professional, and compassionate physiotherapist. Highly recommend!

I was referred to this clinic by my family Dr. Front desk is helpful and super accommodating. Graham Glennie is my physiotherapist and he is very professional. My back pain is gone after just one week of seeing Graham and doing all the exercises he recommended me. I also like the app they use for home exercises.
