I met with Maya for the first time today for gel nails. I had an accident a few days ago that damaged my nails on one of my hands. Maya stepped up and took great care of me. Gave me the confidence of fixing my nails that put me at such ease. Maya is so professional and I’m happy to continue with her for the future and will highly recommend her. I don’t have a before photo but here is the after her amazing work.

For almost a year i have been getting the same service every 2 weeks. They suddenly decided to increase the price from 75$ to 117$. When i asked how , the manager said that 117 is the right price and we made a mistake. So i asked 45$ difference and u call it a mistake? Mistake every time made by different stylists? I would understand 10% increase but i can't justify this! She had no answer and obviously they are just trying to make more money without providing extra service. Also quoted me on 700$ to move up 4 rows hair extensions when i got them for 170$ at another salon. Poor management and customer service . Never visiting again and will recommend only if someone wants to waste her money. Update: i was never late except one time for 5 minutes... also the stylist (Andrea or Tigan) take same amount of time everytime so yes you are never consistent with how much you charge! I don't understand what you mean by (charging customers for consultation) ! Yes it is 100% free service and you can try book it online in any hair salon in the city ro make sure it is a zero fee while you say you charge customers for this!!! I am getting same service with better quality in a hair salon in the area with half your price!! I removed my extensions and got 5 rows of amazing micro beads with less than half what you asked for.

Teagan was so amazing. I went in with a couple reference photos but overall not knowing exactly what I wanted. She fully understood exactly what I was trying to say and made it perfect. Not to mention she curled my, what I thought was uncurlable hair. Definitely found my new hair stylist!

I’m very disappointed, I went in here on 2nd October for a haircut, asked for layers and maybe curtain bangs. My hair is uneven, one side has shorter hair than the other, it looks awful. I was visiting Saskatoon so decided to get a haircut to feel better about myself but ended up with uneven hair. I even told the stylist, I just had a baby and want to feel good but honestly felt like she wasn’t even listening, I had to tell her that one side has more layers then she “fixed” it. She also started curling as soon as she cut them, why are we curling before I can actually see them properly. I even gave it a week for it to maybe blend but nope they are so uneven and just look awful. I expected more from a place that have 4.7 star rating. One of the worse thing you can do as a stylist is not listen to your client, haircut is the most basic service. Highly disappointed. I also later saw another review regarding layer with the same stylist.

Just took my 11 year old daughter there for her first real salon experience and we will definitely be back! What an amazing stylist Andrea Flores is, she took her time and really pampered her. And the cut she gave her was even nicer than the picture that I brought in. I have never had that nice of a haircut and honestly wished I would’ve booked one for me too. She also was very knowledgeable and asked lots of questions to make sure she gave us exactly what we wanted. My daughter and I couldn’t be happier!
