I recently had a frustrating experience with the administrative staff regarding an upcoming appointment. I was informed by the receptionist, Victoria, that I was required to have x-rays done—stating it is a policy every two years. However, my hygienist had not mentioned this to me during my last visit, and I explained that I was only interested in having my teeth cleaned. The receptionist responded by telling me that if I refused the x-rays, the hygienist would refuse to perform the service, and she even asked if I wanted to cancel my appointment. When I requested to speak with the hygienist to confirm if this was actually necessary, my request was repeatedly dismissed. Even though she explained that my hygienist is busy—which I fully understand—the receptionist refused to facilitate any communication, even after I said she could call me back at her convenience. It was only after she transferred me to the manager that my request was finally accepted, and the manager agreed to have the hygienist call me back when she has time. As a patient, I believe I should be able to discuss my care plan directly with the professional performing the service. The initial refusal to assist with a reasonable request and the immediate move to threaten a cancellation of my appointment left me very disappointed with the communication process at this office

First visit to the dentists at northgate. Pleasant experience. Everyone was kind and attentive. Dr. Arora was awesome. Already booked my follow up appointment. Highly recommend

I always enjoy coming to this clinic. All the staff are so friendly and pleasant. The dentist I see is Dr. Sandhu and she is absolutely amazing. She is so kind, caring, and compassionate. She is incredibly trauma informed in her practices (and I say this as a psychologist specialized in trauma). She talks her patients through exactly what she is doing and makes them feel like they are in charge of their own care. She is always checking in to make sure you are comfortable and feeling ok. She is phenomenal and I highly recommend her!

I had an excellent experience at The Dentists at Northgate. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away as a new patient. The nurses and the entire team were professional, caring, and very attentive, always taking the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I felt at ease. The service was perfect from start to finish, and the overall atmosphere was warm, positive, and reassuring. I truly appreciated the amazing care and support and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care with a compassionate team.

My hygienist, Jessica was great! Very gentle touch for cleaning. Dental assistant, Taylor was very informative and nice, and Dr. Bhogal was honest and nice! The front end staff were also very friendly. I didn’t return to the previous dental office I went to because of the front end staff. Can’t say enough good things about this team! Plus they have massage dental chairs! Great experience!
