When our kitchen sink started draining poorly, Sarah came to help us. She gave us a very kind and clear explanation that was easy to understand, even for those of us without technical knowledge. Her smile was wonderful and left a great impression on us. Nick, who came afterward, also worked very hard, and thanks to him the plumbing is now flowing properly again. We would love to see them both again, although that would mean we’re having plumbing issues again — which is a bit complicated! Still, we truly appreciate their help and would be happy to welcome them back anytime.

Clear choice could not have been a better choice for a Company name. Estimate done at the location didn’t have to go back to the office for stock check or anything. I have used Clear choice before and have always been very satisfied with service and price. Nicholas was prompt professional and friendly. I will continue to use Clear Choice because it literally is.

Couldn't be happier. Sarah provided a clear quote with detailed options and no pressure. The next day, Sarah and Micah installed a new hot water heater. Communication was excellent throughout, including arrival times and questions along the way. The installation was done well, the old tank was removed, and everything was left tidy. I fully recommend them.

Amazing work done by Nick on a complex issue that previous plumbers (from well-known companies in Victoria) were unwilling or unable to fix. His diagnostic and clinical plumbing skills are unmatched. His perseverance and dedication to solving the problem meant he spent hours doing finicky and detailed work - and he did this with humble confidence and a smile! Cost was more than reasonable. Many thanks to Nick and his colleague, Micah, who helped later in the day. Highly recommend this company!

This was my second time using them and both experiences have been great. Sarah was our most recent technician and did an excellent job. She was easy to work with and very transparent. I’ve never felt ripped off with this company. Their pricing is fair and they don’t try to add unnecessary costs. I’ll use them for any plumbing needs in the future.
