So I needed the box behind a light switch replaced. I stopped in and the very nice man at the front set up an appointment for me, and was great about communicating with me about Ned's arrival at my home. Unfortunately he didn't have the part so arranged to come back the next day (promptly, again, excellent communication) and quickly and thoroughly did the job. I'm very happy with them and will definitely use them in the future!
