Great experience start to finish. Inspection, estimate, working with the city, installation of a sewer insert, cleanup. The TerraBurst team is professional, experienced and offer the best value in my view based on my personal research (getting multiple estimates prior to choosing them) and I would hire them again without a doubt.

The team from TerraBurst was really great to work with, from always arriving on time, to ensuring they protected our floors. They completed work expertly and efficiently which we really appreciated. They didn’t mind answering our questions and were done quickly returning us to our normal water pressure in no time. We were very pleased with their work and professionalism.

I feel very blessed to have been put in touch with this company. Dustin, Kayden, Will, and Nathan are all great guys to work with. They take due diligence to ensure the job is completed properly and that corners are not cut. We were referred to TerraBurst by our niece and our electrician, and we were very happy we went with them. Ean explained how the excavation would be done, that they would shore up the hole to not only protect the garage but also their guys digging it out. This was an every day job for them, and knowing that secured our trust, that they had the expertise to get it done safely and efficiently. Priya gave us a reasonable quote and accommodated our rush situation. The boys showed up at 8am and they were done backfilling the hole by 3pm. Excellent job, and they were friendly and respectful of our home as well. Definitely the best, we highly recommend them!

Thanks so much to the Terraburst team! We were notified we had a water main break on our property. I called Terraburst, and they sent an estimator over the same day. A couple of days later, the team showed up on time, and started work. It was like watching a well oiled machine. All my questions were answered, and the guys quickly started to work. The line was replaced the same day, even allowing for interruptions as my son had an interest in the work being done, which the workers gracefully allowed him to check out the hole and equipment being used. Josh, Lucas and Dustin were fantastic, and I couldn't recommend them more. Thanks again for the awesome work guys! I'd use Terraburst again in a heartbeat.

I would highly recommend Terraburst. The crew was very respectful of our home and family and were topnotch at their cleanup. These guys worked non-stop all day to get our sewer line back in order with zero complaints in the frigid cold. In today's world or zero effort workers, these guys were a breath of fresh air. I'm very happy with their service and will be recommending them in the future.

The guys at Terraburst were excellent. Ean came out twice to provide an estimate and explain the process. David and Ryan for the pipe repair were friendly, knowledgably and easy to work with. The backhoe showed up at the time expected and got to work right about. Very impressed with how the interior was cleaned up after the concrete and dirt broken up and removed. Then, the hole was filled, excess dirt removed and the concrete replace with the valve cap cover. There was very little dust or particles left inside. Overall, I would recommend Terraburst to anyone who needs a pipe repair or replacement. Finally, the job was started at 0700 and wrapped up about 1500.

TerraBurst came to our rescue today during an incredibly hard reality. We had a water issue. The City did the testing and then informed us that the pipe running between the city valve and our house was leaking. Our water was shut off and we were told to hire a company to fix it. We called and emailed 2 companies and TerraBurst responded, the other company has still not contacted us even though we emailed and left a voicemail message for them. TerraBurst were super busy but they made time. The guys, Josh, Will and Kayden were an amazing team. They were polite, and patient, as we anxiously asked many questions. They were knowledgeable and efficient as they worked hard to correct our situation. They were also very careful as they worked in the house, even though they had to break up cement in the basement, they left no dust and dirt, completely left it neat and clean. We are so grateful to this crew for their detailed and excellent work. We would definitely recommend this company. They know what they are doing, and they do it very well. Ed and Carolina Huculak
