Chris was so kind, patient, gentle and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him. I thank the universe for sending me to dr. Stebbins! I could barely move let alone walk. He was so kind and explained to me what I’m dealing with and hands were gentle, yet firm, and oh so comforting. He was thorough and very knowledgeable. I could feel some relief, finally. I am very grateful for dr Stebbins. Thank you!

I had my first physio appointment this week with Matthew Thompson, after breaking my arm. The James Bay Tall Tree location is bright, clean, and welcoming, and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Matthew has a comfortable demeanor that made me feel comfortable to express myself and to ask all my questions. I really like his approach to his work, including taking lots of measurements so we can easily track my progress, and I appreciate his attempts to "make nerdy cool" (it worked for me!). If you're looking for a physiotherapist, I would recommend Matthew.

This place has truly brought me back to life. After my second concussion, I felt completely hopeless. I was dealing with severe brain fog, confusion, mood changes, headaches, vision issues, and gut problems. All of my symptoms were intense. I tried everything, but nothing seemed to work; until I came here. Dr. Edward is truly a magician. Acupuncture has helped me the most to heal from concussion. He does incredible work with the needles, and after each session, the symptoms either reduces or disappears. I’ve seen immense improvement in my brain fog, confusion, pressure in my head, eye pain, headaches, mood, and even my gut issues. My vision had been significantly impacted, and after each treatment I feel so light, relaxed, and clear-headed that I sleep like a baby. Matt has been incredibly helpful in educating me about concussions and carefully tracking my treatment and progress. He’s been very helpful with cardio, neck stretches, and exercises throughout my recovery. Mitchell has also played a huge role in helping me safely get back into strength training. Noah is great. He listens with care and i feel empty and light headed after each counselling session. I am beyond grateful for these professionals and the care they provide. They truly have such a huge positive impact on my recovery and I can’t recommend this place enough.

Amazing experience with my acupuncturist, Dr. Edward McCloskey☺️. Very thoughtful, and holistic approach to treatment - which is so important to me. Not only did I receive great care, but Dr. McCloskey was able to drill deeper in order to get to the cause of my symptoms (versus just treating symptoms). I can confidently say that I have found a practitioner who is going to be a part of my regular healthcare regimen for a long time. Added bonus: the clinic is also home to many different healthcare professionals offering a wide range of services and is conveniently located in an easily accessible location.

Had a naturopath appointment with Ava Maleki today, she is non-judgemental, and listened well. She has a strong science background and was so informative with all of her recommendations. In addition, Nate who does massage is also fantastic. He is very professional and also friendly. The team (receptionists specifically) are always smiling and efficient.
