Brought my puppies in to see them for first shots and exam, and to have my mama spade. Both vets i seen were amazing, as well as the front desk staff. They managed my time extremely well, but I still felt like my pets were looked at thoroughly and well cared for / handled. Pricing was fair as well.

Obviously no one loves going to the vet but if you have to, I would pick this team. First off the office is just peaceful which is nice especially when your dog is scared. They are responsive and they have solid pricing, not up selling. The vet went through line by line on the quote and made sure I understood all of it. Took the time to make sure I was informed which I really appreciated. Felt at ease leaving him with them for surgery. As for the surgery day they're super clear and organized. Dropped him off at 8am, got a call that morning about the procedure and then picked him up later. He was happy later into the night once he was feeling more comfy! I'll see how the healing process goes but I'm glad I found a vet who I trust and do not feel rushed by. It's your fur baby so it's a big deal! Thank you for the great work.

We brought our cat in for an exam. We told the owner, who was our vet, that she was walking weird, going up the stairs differently and let us know that we couldn't pick her up without hurting her. The vet "checked" her out and found nothing wrong. $130.00 for an incompetent diagnosis. There was something wrong with her, a bad hip or a cracked rib, something. She's getting better everyday, no thanks to incompetence of the vet. We told her that we don't feed them kibble because of all the deaths associated with the scientificly proven kibble. We feed them raw meat, tuna and pumpkin. She told me I should look into taurine supplement cause cats need it and cannot produce it. I looked into the best sources of taurine, the best source is red meat. This lady acts like she knows but all of her diplomas did nothing to help our cat. We will be looking for a knowledgeable vet.

I couldn’t possibly speak higher about Parkland Vet, I had been taking my 20/21 year old cat to them for a while towards the end of her life. The ladies in there are beyond kind and compassionate, they loved my girl Lilly and showed it everytime we walked through the door. I had to get her put to sleep last month with a different vet, who let Parkland know she had passed. After finding out, they sent me an incredibly kind card and their words meant so much. Thank you guys endlessly for taking care of my girl while she was alive, as well as after her passing ❤️
