Very disappointing. The car wasn’t properly cleaned after the wash. There was still soap residue and dust on it…..

NO HOT WATER! For a $4 minimum I would expect at least a bit of heat in the high pressure soap cycle. Car still had dirt stains after a full wash.

$4.00 TO START!!! Sorry but you have now lost our fleet business, and all my personal and family/friends vehicles. We had vehicles coming in daily and multiple times a day to this wash. This place has the highest pressure in town and 24 Hours. Old School Wash that I have been going to since I got my drivers license when I was 16! It doesn't take 4 minutes to spray off a sedan, I would be walking around the car 4 times doing nothing guys. Redeem yourselves and drop it back down to $2 bucks for 2 minutes and like Kevin from the Dragons Den Says "DON"T BE GREEDY" You guys are going to loose a ton of business the 1st time everyone comes in and you want $4.00 to start. I bet your looking at your weekly numbers right now and saying "YEP, you know it.

Edit: tried again and dog wash locked at 9pm. Hard to support business when it's a lottery whether it's going to be open or not. Supposedly dog wash is open 8am-10pm but your guess is as good as mine... Dog Wash locked at 11.30am with no reason/signage posted. No staff on-site. Phone number doesn't work. People did seem to be able to wash their cars though.

So I grabbed the $14 wash because the $12 wash doesn't include the air dryer. Ok, $14 that's about middle of the road. My car wasn't that dirty as I just got a wash at Andres car wash in West Kelowna a few days prior, which was $13. Anyway, as you can see from the pictures not a good wash. So I decided to drive back and maybe talk to someone as I'm clearly not satisfied with wasting my $14. There's no one here. Don't get your car washed here.
