I called this shop on Thursday or Friday before Christmas to have a transmission cooler line replaced because it was leaking. Was told they could do it wednesday Christmas eve so I brought my truck in for 8 am and by end of day I had gotten a call telling me they wouldn't have time to replace the line that day and it would have to wait until the Friday which was fine as they closed early for Christmas and I realize after ordering the part and having it delivered they wouldn't have had enough time no matter what. I waited till around 1-130 and got a call telling me my truck was ready for pick up. great. I got to the shop to pick up the truck and the engine light was on and the truck was in limp mode because something was wrong with the maf sensor. After spending an hour and a half at the shop for them to fix the problem they created I was told they wouldn't have time to order the part and install it until Monday. By this time on the Friday im pissed knowing I wouldn't have my truck back for the weekend. this is not how you do business. I wait the weekend waited until around 230 3 pm go to pick up my truck and its finally fixed. I get my truck home and take a look under my truck to see that they did not replace the entire line as they said they were doing they got a repair kit and replaced about 2 feet of the trans cooler line. This shop way over charges I paid 700 dollars for 2 feet of cooler line and the install of a block heater that I supplied as well as the time frame to get a simple cooler line done I would never recommend this shop to anyone and I honestly dont understand how they stay in business

The guys are Surefire are now my go to. My alternator was shot and I needed the car on the road and they got me going within a day. Their prices are very reasonable and service has been nothing but great. They're straight to the point and no nonsense. They run an honest shop. You can even buy your tires online from Quattro tires and have them delivered to the shop, it's great.
