Genuine - Reliable - Trustworthy - Excellent Service Recently came across SuperTech Auto as I am new to Victoria, I got a flyer in the mail advertising the business. I’ve been searching around since I moved 3 months ago, and haven’t been able to find one I felt good about. I called and spoke to Rick and instantly had a good vibe about the place. I had the pleasure of interacting with Rick, Cody & Ivan who are all such genuinely good guys. It can always be a little nerve wracking (especially as a woman who knows nothing about cars) to go in blind somewhere for car servicing .. it can feel intimidating, as in the past I’ve felt pressured into getting things I did not need. It’s a struggle fr! But this was far from the case here. They were all so honest, knowledgeable and reliable, I’m so happy I got that flyer because now I’ve found my place. I had a really great and seamless experience going here, they were incredibly helpful and genuine with what was needed or not. I felt very taken care of and in great hands. I was also provided a full report of my car - to my phone - after the service! I’ve never seen that! That was awesome. They went above and beyond and genuinely care about cars and their customers. If you're looking for a repair shop this is it. The staff at Super Tech are knowledgeable, friendly and honest. I got no bs here just honest feedback on my vehicle with a clear understanding of what my cost will be for repairs and the time it will take to get it done.

I can’t say enough good things about this shop. The staff was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain and show me exactly what my car needed—no pressure whatsoever. The work was done on time and at a fair price. It’s rare to find a shop you can fully trust these days to not take advantage of you, especially as a girl, but this is one I’ll definitely be recommending again.

I had an excellent experience with this shop and couldn’t be happier with the service. The work was completed on time, the pricing was fair and transparent, and my car is running better than ever.
