After going to Bubbles for many years, we tried this local spot. Took our (very) dirty Toyota to get detailed and they did an incredible job. The car … and I know this sounds cliché looked brand new after we picked it up. Unbelievable attention to detail, we could not be happier with their work! Awesome job.

We took our car to get cleaned. They did an amazing job. They did such an amazing job you can’t tell we have dogs in our car daily. I would tell anyone to take their vehicles here. Great people great work. We will be there again!!!

I’ve had a really disappointing experience with Super Shine Car Wash. Four months ago, they lost my car mat during a wash, and since then I’ve had zero proactive updates from them. I’m the one who always had to follow up. They never took the initiative to look for it or give me any clear timeline. Every time I asked, it was just “give us more time,” but they never followed up or found a solution. Very frustrating experience.

I took my 2002 Honda Odyssey to Super Shine to get it cleaned so that I could sell it. When I dropped it off I told the owner I was not too concerned about the exterior but wanted the interior to get the full restoration treatment. I was charged for the Gold Detailing package ($283.45) but not all of the work promised in that package was done or only partially done. I will say this, which is why I gave a 3 star rating instead of 1, I am very happy with the interior detailing, except for the fact the technician broke a heater control knob and I was not informed of this and have had to repair it myself. What is disappointing about this experience is that I paid for the exterior detailing promised in the Gold package and it was not completed. The aluminum rims on the van were only 3/4 cleaned, I have photos. The roof of the van still has dirt on it. The windshield had a bug splat still on it. The vinyl and plastic on the exterior of the van were all blotchy from some wash compound that was not wiped off, which I had to wipe down myself to get looking good. The engine compartment looked great, except for the excess amount of "shiny" spray that had puddled in areas and that had coated the lower exterior of the windshield. Not fun to get that stuff off of the glass. It looked great once I wiped it all down. Why should I have had to do any of this? Finally, when I came to pick up the vehicle, the rubber floor mats I had were not in the van and I had to talk to the owner to get them before I left, a rubber foot pad on the emergency brake pedal was knocked off and we found it on the wash bay floor. I believe most of the fault in this is due to the technician that did the work. The owner seemed to care about quality and customer satisfaction, but this is all just my own opinion with regard to the tech. I wish I had the foresight to do a thorough inspection of the work I paid for before I left the premises, that way I could have discussed with the owner my disappointment personally and maybe we could have worked out some compensation. But I'm a trusting person and like to believe I get what I pay for.

Had a great experience here. My car interior hadn’t been detailed in over a year and was looking pretty rough. I got a bronze detail to make it look decent enough for selling and it looked great after. Took about 2 hours 20 minutes from the time I dropped it off. 10/10 would recommend.
