I had such an amazing experience getting my hair done! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. My stylist truly listened to what I wanted and brought my vision to life — I absolutely love my hairstyle! The attention to detail and care they put into their work really shows. I left feeling confident, refreshed, and so happy with the results. Second Review. I tried going to a different location thinking I wouldn’t experience something silly again. The owner was there, recognized me and asked to pull me aside to talk about my online review and experience. My experience is what it is and I will not be asked to remove my review and treated with disrespect and forgotten about. I had 1 session left in the open sun bed that I was going to use. I will not continue services here.

Spoke with BROOK on Jan 29 to get into the open sunbed and she said it would be ready in 4 minutes so I sat down in the waiting space. Waited the 4 minutes then went to the front desk to purchase glasses and BROOK was not at the front, and another customer had gone into the open sunbed after I was marked down for it. Ended up leaving and going home. Called the salon on the 30th and my name was marked down on the sheet for the open sunbed. It was BROOK here again this morning and when I got here, she said someone had just gone into the open sunbed. It was Brook that I dealt with both days, disappointed in whatever work she has done because somehow I keep being forgotten.

I had my very first haircut in Saskatoon, and it was an amazing experience! All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. My hairdresser, Lullia (pronounced Ullia), did an incredible job and she made my hair look so pretty and healthy. The warm atmosphere and the way my hair turned out made the whole experience even more special!

Luliia did my hair and I am obsessed with it. She was the sweetest and service was 10/10. Her hands truly has magic, the staff were all so sweet. I will for sure come back next time
