I’ve come to this clinic regularly for years but multiple times over the recent years I’ve noticed poor hygiene from the workers and experienced very rough treatment, which left my mouth sore and sensitive for months afterward. Because of this, I went to another dentist who informed me that several cavities previously treated at this clinic were filled incorrectly. This has caused ongoing discomfort and now requires me to have the work redone entirely making for additional cost which I have to pay out of pocket because insurance won’t cover it. I am very disappointed in the carelessness and lack of proper care I received. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT recommend coming to this place.

REFRAIN FROM COMING HERE. MAKE SURE YOU READ OTHER PEOPLE'S OPINIONS TOO. The service and quality at this clinic have completely gone downhill. I attended this practice for several years before moving. The first time I visited a different dental clinic afterward, I was told that whoever did my last fillings at Sunridge Dental did an awful job. The cavity had expanded from the inside due to poor work. I initially brushed it off as a one-off situation and didn’t complain. Fast forward to now—my younger sister recently had fillings done at Sunridge Dental (as recently as last week), and she continued to experience pain. She went to another dental clinic and, surprise surprise, was told the exact same thing. The dentist said the fillings were done horribly and had to be completely removed and redone. On top of that, why on earth is so much pressure being used that it left her face bruised? I might as well have hit her in the face myself if the fillings were going to be this terrible anyway. Blue Cross refused to cover the redo, so we had to pay out of pocket. And honestly? I’d rather pay than ever let her step foot in this place again. Save yourself the pain, the money, and the frustration. Do not come here.

Sadly this clinic has had a big turnover of staff lately and the care I recieved seemed sub par and slightly questionable. I went for a cleaning which seemed a bit more aggressive than it needed to be, I am unsure of who my hygenist was. When I asked about a referral they said they were going to send on my behalf, communication was poor and I determined that the referral actually didnt get sent at all and it didn't seem like there was any effort to rectify the situation. I had a cleaning done here 3 weeks ago and the Dr. didnt mention anything about any cavities. Today I went to a different clinic to follow up on getting a crown put and the dentist at the new clinic found a fairly obvious cavity. I've been told that sometimes Dr's look over cavities because if it becomes worse it requires a root canal and a crown which is more money in their pocket. This is just my experience but I definitely would not suggest this dental clinic.

I went to the dentist today and it was ACTUALLY FUN. They cleaned my teeth and now they’re so shiny like ✨bling bling✨. The girl who cleaned my teeth was named Kait and she was SUPER NICE and didn’t hurt me at all. She talked to me like a friend and let me relax so I wasn’t scared. I give this place 5 stars because my teeth feel clean and I feel like a brand new person. THANK YOU KAIT!!! 😁🦷
