Is this place still in business? I have tried calling numerous times; left a voice mail, sent an email... and crickets. Trying to give them some business but they are either closed or not interested. UPDATE Dec 18/2025: Dan contacted me and communication is on track now. Seems there are just some staff at the store that aren't as responsive.

Avoid for repairs! I asked them to fix a leak on my hot tub .Specifically, to remove a leaking jet and plug it off based on what the manufacturer told me over the phone was possible. That being said i dont know how hot tubs work and im relying on the professionals guidance and understanding of the system and how it works. If me the customer asked for a service im expecting the professionals to know if my request is valid and will work with out damaging the tub. They did in fact fix the leak ......However they did not understand how the hot tub system worked(in my opinion based on the end result)and wrecked my lights which no longer work. The air intake line now fills full of water and will drain the tub if the valve is open. They left the line out in the open to freeze also. This was acceptable to them because they fixed the Leak. Then they asked me to ask Jacuzzi how to fix this problem. I declined to be the middle man as I'm not a hot tub tec and just the customer. Very unprofessional business practices. The one picture is how much water leaves from my tub when the air valve is open. The other picture is the air valve they capped off full of water outside the insulation to freeze. I did ask for the jet to be plugged off. They did that and it stopped the leak as i requested.I expected the professionals to understanding the system and proceede if it was a good idea. Not rely on me the customer who doesn't understand the full working of the tub for direction. Response to your response EDIT : 2 Years later this has not been fixed and I still have issues with my Tub.Dan was extremely rude and unprofessional to deal with when I tied to explain the situation above .
