I started going to SUGISPIN about 2 years ago - a coworker taught the 5:45am class and I said I would never be caught doing that. I randomly won a month of spin classes and decided to push myself. Those early mornings helped set my day or week. The positivity, the movement, the people, and the energy is what kept me going back. I come and go from these classes but the studio has always been a safe place for me to quietly reset when I need it. Thanks to Kana and her team for creating this space.

Absolutely love SUGI studio and team! Everyone is so welcoming and sweet. I get very self-conscious about my body sometimes, but the environment here is absolutely amazing. I love the spin classes — they’re tiring, but they make me feel so much better and more confident about myself. 100% recommend giving it a try!

I started riding at SugiSpin about two and a half years ago and have been a part of the Sugi team for just over two years now. It has become like a second home to me, truly. The team, the community, the space, our leader are truly one of a kind and I cannot recommend SugiSpin enough. This is the only place that I will clip my spin shoes in at and I highly recommend you try for yourself!

What started as something to try because my friends were going has become a passion and a community where I belong. Kana and her team make everyone that walks though the door know they are seen and cared for. Wherever your fitness level is at they meet you and encourage you. Classes are high energy and fun! So thankful to be a part of a gym that is a place to be a part of a community.

If you’re thinking about trying a spin class, I can’t recommend Sugispin enough. The energy is so positive and welcoming, and accommodations are encouraged if needed. It can be intimidating at first, but it challenges you in a way that’ll make you want to keep coming back.
