11/10 Because 10 would not be high enough. If there is a single negative review on here, just ignore it. By far the best customer service, and also cleaning I have ever seen. First off, there was an issue with the age of a gift card I was using. My mom is the type to throw them a drawer and never use them. The solution that was offered to me was more than fair, and I was honestly blown away by how it was approached. The owner, Natalie, approached me with a huge smile when letting me know there was an issue with the card, and did not once make me feel bad about it. This was in between witnessing her walking from the payment area to the cleaning area MULTIPLE times....How many places do you go to now a days where the owners are actually still involved in the daily operations, never. Seeing just how personally she took the cleanliness of every vehicle leaving the shop this morning, makes me a customer for life. I walked in at 830am, tired and grumpy from waking up so early, and within 10 seconds I had a huge smile on my face. I was greeted by the sweetest dog ever, and he came to sit right beside me for some attention. Again, how many places can you walk into and it feels like you're waiting at home and a friendly pup as a bonus. My mom's car was disgusting, and it still only took 2 hours max for a FULL cleaning, and I mean full. There was not a speck of dirt left in her car, which I didnt think was possible. I went in jist hoping for the best, and when I jumped into her car, it felt like brand new, actually looked better than the day she picked it up brand new. The seats were still a bit damp from shampooing, which is to be expected from how quickly they cleaned it, but, to my surprise they had a nice plastic cover on my seat so my pants didn't get wet, what a nice touch. Also, a paper floor mat so I could get the car home still looking brand new for my mom. This is a true family business, and seeing the whole family there on a Saturday, clearly they care about their customers. Most people that own a business as successful as suds would sit at home on the weekends and let others do the work, these guys are there first thing Saturday morning. Work ethic like that is hard to find and immediately lets you know you're getting the best cleaning possible. I also have to mention the amount of people I seen working in their shop. This place is offering great employment to lots of younger people and if theyre learning from the owners, they're going to make great staff anywhere they end up. Thank you guys so much for a great Saturday morning and you earned a customer for life.

Took my van in for an interior clean and was blown away with how clean they got my well loved van, that transports 4 kids! Suds handled the mess and made my van feel and SMELL brand new again! I'm so happy! Will definitely be coming back! Well worth the money. thanks SUDS! 💓

Wow, I am so impressed. I have never been to suds, car wash before and was a little. Hesitant to pay $25 for a basic car wash. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Find the phenomenal service from beginning to end while going through the car wash. I worried about wiping my door jams. As it's −41 today. However, when I pulled out there were friendly Gentlemen, waiting to clean off my door jams, my windows, my mirrors, everything you could think of. What great service I will absolutely be back.

The staff were friendly, service was extremely quick, and the location is very convenient, all things I really appreciate. Waiting room was cool and comfortable as well. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the interior clean. My vehicle was left quite streaky, and it looked like Armour All had been quickly applied over surfaces without actually cleaning them first. The application was uneven, with parts of my dash completely missed, giving the job a rushed and half-done feel. While my car technically looks better than it did, I’m not convinced it’s actually clean — and the streaks almost bother me more than the original dirt. Perhaps this was due to me arriving close to closing, but if that impacts quality, I don’t think clients should be accepted that late.

I can’t say enough great things about Suds, especially with my most recent experience this weekend. They truly went above and beyond — especially Kirby, the owner. I came in with some concerns about the paint on my black GMC truck, and not only did Kirby personally take the time to look it over, but he also gave me helpful, honest advice on how to properly maintain the finish and keep it looking brand new. His knowledge and passion really stood out, and I can see why Suds is such a well-respected car wash company in the city. What really impressed me was that he also went ahead and buffed out as much damage as he could on my bumper from a recent rear-end incident, without me even asking. That kind of care and consideration is rare to find these days. If you’re looking for top-notch service, genuine people, and someone who treats your vehicle like their own, I highly recommend stopping by.
