Clean, well maintained, lots of space and always equipment available. Parking is tricky, they're in a busy business park and sometimes it's hard to find a spot to park. Polite staff, knowledgeable trainers. Very very few folks with toxic personalities go here. The clientele ranges from people just starting their fitness journey to folks who are seasoned pros. Wide range of ages go here as well.

I’ve been a member at SVAC for quite sometime. Unfortunately, recently I was told by an instructors son at this gym that I was not allowed to use 2 machines at once. I was also told that if I did not shut my beeping mouth that my membership would be revoked, because their parent works there. I was also told that I am a nobody because I was not posted on their instagram page and they are. This is an absolutely disgusting representation of this facility. The fact that nothing has been done in reference to this, tells you all you need to know. I highly recommend you spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere and avoid a place that threatens members of having their membership revoked, due to incorporating more than one piece of equipment during your workout. Shame.

The gym is a nice quiet place to lock in a secure those gains! People are respectful, the facility is clean and I really enjoy coming here to workout. Highly recommend!

Starting going to SVAC in March and it’s incredible; the clean environment, atmosphere, amazing community, great equipment, and they’re upgrading things around the gym. I’ve truly never felt more welcomed and more at home at SVAC!

I absolutely love this facility! Originally I had signed up for their gym access membership, but after using the three complimentary class passes that it comes with - I eventually upgraded to the all access membership & could not be more pleased with what it has to offer. The gym floor has absolutely everything you could possibly need! All of the equipment is new & very well kept. I’m an extremely big fan of the yoga classes that are offered here! The yoga studio is a super duper tranquil space to practice & all of the instructors have been fantastic. P.S. Front desk staff member Kenza is an all-star! I haven’t used a locker with a combination in over ten years & was having a bit of a “learning curve” trying to remember how to use one. Lol! She *very* patiently walked me through it & got me all set up. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
