This gym is a great place to work out, with a well-equipped fitness center. Some of the equipment is a bit outdated, but the staff and trainers are very friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a great place to work out in the neighborhood.

I started three months ago and have been really enjoying it. The gym is clean, not overly busy, and the staff are incredibly friendly. It feels like being part of a club where you actually get to know people. I've been taking semi-private classes with Mateo, who is not only a great trainer with excellent plans but also follows up after training to check on any potential exercise-related concerns or injuries. I've also been seeing Drew, the physiotherapist, and he's absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this gym!

I’ve been training at STUDEO for a while now, and I can honestly say it's been one of the best fitness experiences I’ve ever had. My private trainer, Mateo, is amazing—he’s been incredibly supportive and pushes me to not only get stronger but also to set goals and crush them. Before Mateo, I had the pleasure of working with Trey, who helped me build a solid foundation and always kept things fun and challenging. Both of them are top-notch coaches who really care about your progress and tailor each session to help you improve. Beyond the trainers, the front desk staff is always so welcoming and friendly. Stephanie, Taylor, Chad, Nolan and Piero make every visit feel like a breeze—whether it's with a warm greeting or helping with any questions I have. Their positive energy really adds to the overall great atmosphere at the gym.

Did a class called Lift through ClassPass here and loved it! The studio is very spacious and has lots of different rooms with different equipment. There is water (on tap) + reusable water bottles to grab if you don’t have your own. There are towels available too. The class was a max effort training and conditioning class. The instructor was knowledgeable and helped with picking the weights to make sure you are working hard but not too hard. The conditioning part was pretty good too. Overall it was a great experience.

I recently booked my first workout class here, and it was an excellent experience. The trainer was fantastic, and the gym boasts new, high-quality equipment. It's a spacious facility that provides everything you might need. I'm looking forward to coming back for my next session!
