Valentin responded to my job request regarding our bathroom toilet. He provided a detailed quote with options. He also helped me to make a decision about repairing or replacing. Additionally, he helped me choose a high quality product within my budget. These happened before I officially ask him to do the job. He showed up on time and worked very carefully and cleaned every. Valentin was as helpful as always. This was the second time I called Valetin for my plumbing problem. My laundry room hot water faucet wore out and water couldn’t be stopped. There is no shutoff valve for the section so I had to turn off the main, which is very convenient. Valetin gave advices what to do before coming over which I appreciated a lot. He explained thoroughly what he would do and managed to cut the faucet soldered to my copper pipes, added shutoff valve and replaced with a new faucet in less than 30 minutes. Definitely recommend his services.

Valentin was better than DeNiro in Brazil. In and out, quick and professional. No excess paperwork and all explained fully. Honestly, he did an amazing job and explained the process to me along the way. He was inquisitive about the job before booking. Highly recommend.

I’ve used Valentin from Strong Plumbing Inc. on two occasions, and both experiences have been great. Valentin responds quickly to inquires, provides detailed quotes for the work, and showed up as scheduled each time, even sending a text to confirm when he’d be arriving. Valentin is professional, knowledgeable and highly skilled in all aspects of his work. He is very careful and respectful of the home he’s working in, and on both occasions, left the work area spotless. Valentin also provided helpful information and suggestions and his attention to detail and advice was much appreciated.
