Jill is amazing. She has helped me to recover from a shoulder injury that bothered me for over a year. I am now back at the gym doing overhead lifting and the pain is gone. Jillian has transformed my life with her expertise more than once over the years First, a tendon in my shoulder, then my SI joint, next severe nerve pain in my arm. Pain reduction, strengthening exercises and the tools to maintain pain free living after the acute stage is over. She always has a plan and the confidence that 'you will get better!'

I didn't think it was possible to relieve the pain I was experiencing in my ankle, knee, and elbow. On my first visit, Jill was able to alleviate significant pain in my knee and elbow. On my second visit she was able to identify and stop the pain in my ankle. I have not had relief from these pain points in years and I am so thankful for Mrs. Strachan's treatment and care. I can't recommend Strachan Physiotherapy enough. Great staff as well. ;)

Jillian Strachan is an incredibly knowledgeable and effective practitioner and having her work on some of my older injuries has been amazing. A few areas that have bothered me for over a decade are finally feeling like progress has been made.
