Rude and incompetent. Nice combo. There used to be a woman working here who was good. I guess she’s gone because the woman there now can’t do the same kind of alterations and isn’t even nice about it. I used to bring all my clothes here. Now it’s just a dump and a waste of time.

What the actual heck is this?? I legitimately could have done better myself… the reason I went in was because I wanted it to look nice, because they were expensive jeans. I came in for my zipper and the stitching loose. There was also a hole on the side where it got ripped… if I knew that was the sewing they’d do I would have just left it with the hole. Very upset was not worth 40$ for something I could have done better on. Very disappointed. I’m going to have to fix them myself now which is very counterproductive, since I know I could do a better job than that.

Wish I had looked at the numerous one star reviews before bringing my jacket here for a zipper replacement! I brought my winter jacket in at the end of October for a zipper replacement. When putting it on for the first time beginning of November, zipper completely ripped out of the jacket due to poor quality sewing. Took jacket back in and had the strangest experience with a different staff member who said the zipper wasn’t one they carried in stock and she didn’t know where it came from. (???) Regardless, picked the jacket up after zipper was stitched back into the jacket and thought all was fine. By the beginning of December (note I’m now out of their “30 Day Guarantee” they’re standing behind to not take accountability for poor quality work) the zipper had completely frayed and was separating from jacket again. The zipper itself then started getting stuck in the zipper box so that I can neither do it up without the teeth separating and it cannot be unzipped. Have reached out via phone a few times and left a voicemail (no response) and by e-mail and received a very poor reply citing I am “out of the 30 Day Guarantee” so there is nothing they can do. Atrocious customer service standards. I am out $140 plus a tip up front for a zipper that has never worked from the beginning. Avoid this place at all costs! Had someone highly recommend Kay’s Sewing on 8th Street in Saskatoon and I will be taking my winter jacket there for a proper zipper replacement.

Had a fantastic experience here! Had to rush in with clothes I just purchased and the wonderful woman there was so friendly and kind about adding a rush job! I know she can’t always do things so quickly (she said she just so happened to have a slower week and said she can’t always accommodate) but what impressed me more than the speed was how FRIENDLY and professional and kind she was about the request! Will definitely be going again! Hint- go in person if you have special requests!

I am very happy with the stitching work from Stitch it in Midtown Plaza. The clothes fit perfectly, and the stitching is neat and clean. They really listened to what I wanted and gave good suggestions too. The service was great, and everything was ready on time. I will definitely go back again and recommend them to others looking for good tailoring. Kudos to the whole team!
