Amazing service by the team at sterling! Some of the best technicians in the city, and the front end staff are the best. After 3 tow bills and miss diagnose from the dealer I was worried but the Sterling team figured it out! 10 out of 5 stars!

My friend and I were trying to find the right door to the food bank and accidentally opened the door to the sterling auto repair shop. We immediately apologized but the receptionist and the manager both yelled “The sign was on the door”. When my friend called to ask for an apology, the woman who answered the phone laughed at her.

As a woman, I find many auto shop people, almost always, talk down to me. They treat me like I have no clue about cars. I do have a little knowledge. But not these guys! I am thoroughly impressed with how they explained to me what I needed to know and explained it to me, like I am a normal person. The fees are not exorbitant, and they were very knowledgeable and did the repairs in a timely manner. They made me feel confident about the service I am receiving. I will be recommending these guys to anyone, asking for auto repair shop suggestions. Thank you for the great service!!!
