I have been seeing Kim since January for getting both legs symmetrical again since past herniated disc issues made me overcompensate on one side of my body only. I can tell she is a skillful sports physiotherapist. Not only Kim is easy to connect with and knowledgeable about her field of practice, but she can also explain in simple words the scientific rationale behind a rehabilitation process. Kim is THE physiotherapist that master athletes should have by their side as part of a dedicated resource team to assist them in achieving their full athletic potential.

Kim is awesome! I have a hip injury that I had gone to other physiotherapists previously with little to no success, and was given the standard exercises to do. Kim helped me understand my injury and how different parts of your body being misaligned may have caused the injury in the first place. Kim’s skill and knowledge of the hip and pelvic floor is more than any other physiotherapist or physician have ever explained to me and others could benefit from her knowledge. After a few treatments with Kim and her exercise program, I have significantly better range of motion, am almost pain free and back to exercising! Looking forward to further results!

I have been going to Kim at Still Physio for over 1 year now and she is amazing! I have found a love for running since going to see her and she has helped with injuries, hip pain/mobility and providing progressive strength programs. I have been to other physiotherapists but she offers something different. Her unique approach involves thinking outside the box for clients in ways specific to them. Her online courses are a great addition and something that I didn't know I needed! She is more than a physio, she is your teammate and will always be there to gently help you reach your goals. She is knowledgeable and skilled but also has so much fun. I would highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Kim to anyone who is looking for someone who is really passionate about their work and approaches it with a holistic view. She understands that no part of the body is separate from the whole and that everything needs to be taken into account. I was hesitant to try physiotherapy again after a previous experience left me feeling even worse, but two sessions with Kim and I'm already on the road to recovery. She's the real deal and I am so happy I found her!

I am a 64 year old woman, overweight but active, and wanting to stay active. I went to see Kim for "Bad Knees" that were starting to limit me, especially going downstairs and on downhill grades when hiking. I figured I had arthritis and was looking for exercises to strengthen my knees, however, was I in for a surprise. She diagnosed my core as weak, despite all the abdominal exercises I was religiously doing for years. With the combination of doing simple 15 min sessions of her Still Physio Core program on line, and 3 office visits for her to work on my pelvis, I have noticed huge improvements...This morning I was able to walk downstairs to the basement with NO PAIN (!) I have been doing the core sessions every other day for the last month. This is huge for me, I had no idea that doing this work would have such a big positive impact, as the exercises are very simple, with subtle moves. I will continue to do the beginner program phase 1, and in 6 months work up to the intermediate phase 2. I remain surprised and delighted as I did not expect this level of improvement at my age.
