Asked sherry to bleach my hair chestnut brown, and it came out looking very patchy, unblended and uneven. I asked for a partial refund since I did not get what I asked for and she denied. Also very overpriced. Very disappointing.

I asked Shery for a root touch-up with blended highlights and did not receive that service. My roots were left dark and unblended, with very minimal highlights added, leaving the result looking stripy. The front pieces were also left yellow and uneven. I was asked to leave a five-star review before leaving the salon, which made me feel pressured and was uncomfortable and unprofessional.

I went to highlight my hair and I'm really happy with how it turn out. The colour is really nice and she was super friendly and helpful to answer all my questions too. Highly recommended!
