I have been receiving physio from Robyn since my cast came off after ORIF surgery. The physio has been quite helpful and she has been able to fill in details in my understanding of my injury that I wouldn't otherwise have known.

I saw Julie Schick for an assessment due to neck pain and chronic headaches. During the assessment she actually did a bunch of manipulations/cracks. I was surprised my bones were being cracked as I thought chiropractors did that. She then gave me a routine of stretches to do at home. Since then my neck pain and headaches have been way worse and constant, with a spasm/snapping occurring in my neck that radiates up the back of my head up to my temple and down the side of my spine. Finding no relief after 2 weeks, I called the clinic and explained to the receptionist what was going on. They advised me Julie would give me a call back, but I never did receive a call from her. Not impressed with the aggression of treatment nor the follow up to my concerns. I can't believe I paid over $100 for this to happen to me.

I saw two practitioners here. The first (a running specialist) cleared me after an assessment; my condition later worsened and another clinic identified clear issues that were missed. I returned for hip physio with a different practitioner -- he was passionate, but sessions felt rushed and light on assessment and planning. I ultimately learned hip physio wasn’t the right path, so not all on the clinic, but for the price I expected more time, a clearer plan and to feel fully heard.
