From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and well-informed about my treatment options. The dentist took the time to clearly explain everything, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I understood the procedure before starting. The clinic is clean, modern, and very well organized. I really appreciated their transparency with costs and insurance coverage as well. I honestly had such a great experience with Dr. Lo and the team. From the moment I walked in, the ambience felt calm and welcoming, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. They were very upfront about pricing and took the time to help me check my insurance, which I really appreciated. They also accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) and clearly know the plan inside and out, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. Lily, the hygienist, was amazing — super gentle, and the cleaning was completely pain-free. Dr. Lo took the time to explain all of my dental needs in a way I could actually understand and also did an implant for me. I was surprised at how smooth the recovery was — I had no pain after just one day. Another big plus is that they speak Cantonese and Mandarin, which made communication even more comfortable for me. I genuinely felt well taken care of and would highly recommend Dr. Lo and the team to anyone looking for honest, caring dental care.

I’ve had a great experience at this dental clinic. The environment is clean and comfortable, and all the dentists and staff are very caring. They always make me feel relaxed during cleanings and fillings, and they’re extremely gentle and attentive throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

I used to be at a different dentist for years until I decided to move to Stadium Dental. It's one of the best decisions I've ever made for my dental care. Both Dr. Teresa Lee and Dr. Marcus Lo are incredibly caring and attentive. They ensure I understand the procedures and carry out the treatments in a thorough and professional manner. They also make sure to advise me of both possible short-term and long-term concerns, so that I can make informed decisions. The dental hygienists are wonderful as well. One of the dental hygienists recently took the time to explain some gum issues I was having and showed me ways I can take care of my teeth. She was so detailed and patient, and made sure I understood everything. I used to be terrified of going to the dentist but going to my appointments at Stadium Dental feel easy breezy now. I also finally decided to get Invisalign. I didn't get them with any other dentists because I didn't trust them. But I knew I could trust Dr. Lee and Dr. Lo. They took a lot of time in creating the perfect plan for me and ensuring to follow up with me to make sure everything's on track. Even when I get behind schedule (due to my own fault), they have never judged me or made me feel bad. My teeth is already looking so much straighter and I'm so excited to see the final results. Lastly, what I love most about the clinic is the genuine care they have for their patients. They never suggest extra cosmetic/dental treatments unless they are needed for my dental health. Thank you Dr. Lee, Dr. Lo, and all the wonderful staff at Stadium Dental!
