I had a bad fall and was referred by my family doctor to sport and spine. I was not able to move my arm until I saw Alex at sport and spine. He worked on my shoulder and showed me how to do exercises at home until my next visit for physio. It has been a long journey but now I'm able to move my arm and able to left it up. The atmosphere there is so comfortable and the team are so welcoming. Thank you to sport and spine for all that you have done.

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Chaanse for my work physical today. He was very warm and welcoming; it felt like I was talking to a friend. The staff overall was incredibly friendly and very professional. It was truly a great experience.

Went to Sport and Spine saw Tim after major rotator cuff and bicep surgery. Tim is very attentive, very passionate about what he does and the success of his clients is very important to him. My recovery was very successful and my surgeon was amazed at how quickly I recovered and my range of motion in a short period of time. The staff are very friendly and you feel very much at home. When Tim says “I got you” he means it! Tim you are amazing!

After my knee surgery, I was in a lot of pain and honestly felt overwhelmed — but from the moment I walked in, I was treated with such kindness, compassion, and genuine care. As a high-level university soccer player, I started seeing Alex Lowen at Sport and Spine in August 2024 after a patella dislocation and torn MPFL. The first time around, we took the conservative route and I got back to sport after a few months of focused mobility, strength, and power work. I honestly would not have recovered as well as I did without this clinic. Alex and the team supported me through every step with the kindest and most caring staff I have ever met. When I re-dislocated my patella that following January in an unlucky situation, everything changed. This time, I chose to have surgery, which meant a much longer and more demanding recovery. Alex made sure I always felt heard, supported, and guided through every physical barrier that came with starting over. With time, patience, and a lot of single leg extensions, I made a full recovery ahead of the expected timeline. I really cannot say enough about how incredible this clinic is and how special their entire team is. Alongside Alex, Chance and Tim were always so encouraging. The receptionist team, Calla and Aliza, were also amazing, along with so many others who made every visit feel welcoming. Choosing Sport and Spine, no matter your injury or age, means choosing people who genuinely care about your wellbeing and progress. They are invested in you just as much as you are invested in your recovery, and that makes all the difference. I highly recommend!
