just had such a weird experience here, ive done my laundry here before and went in today a few minutes before 4pm. i was under the impression that they closed at 6 i didnt think sundays would be earlier so thats my fault. as soon as my friend and i entered with our two big loads of laundry a man came up to us questioning if we were planning to do it all and then told us they closed at 5pm and he didnt believe wed have time. he kept saying that our stuff wouldnt dry so my friend and i decided wed go elsewhere. (we dont want wet clothes and we didnt want to stay past their close) as we turn around another man is watching us take our stuff out of the wash and we said sorry were gonna head else where thanks anyways. he got upset we were leaving??? after the first guy made us feel unwelcomed..weird? but then started questioning us on where we were going, trying to guess the laundromats name, telling us we were going to spend more money at another place, we then told him that the other guy said we wouldnt have enough time and that we just want to make sure our stuff was dry. he was following us to the door trying to say we would have time if we knew how to do laundry right. anyways just a weird experience went to another laundromat and honestly its a bit cheaper than this place.

Great place to deal with and very impressed with the level of service and care. George and Colin have been superb, and you be hard pressed to find a better business in Kelowna for your laundry needs!

This place is great. I don’t usually write reviews but this place deserves recognition. I’m moving and had 4 huge loads to do. They have oversized washers. George the worker was SUPER helpful! I brought debit and they give you change. Washers only took 23 mins! My pillows got clumped up after the wash as warned by George and I was just going to throw them out but he took the time to fluff them out for me :) 5/5 stars -clean&friendly-

I would use this laundry facility again if I find myself in Kelowna. I'm in town as a stop on a road trip and so thankful I found this place. Very clean and safe laundromat. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are detergents available for sale. Both liquid and pods. (Great if you're just passing through or backpacking and don't have detergent on you). Also available are dryer sheets. Depending on the washer load is your cost. I used the Large washer which was $6/ load and took about 25 minutes. The dryers are the standard ones found in most laundromats. $0.25 / 4 minutes of dryer time - high, med and low settings. Looks like they do offer drop off/pick up services and drycleaning. ( I did not use these services.)
