I had a lovely experience at Spa Soleá. I was greeted by the friendly person at the front desk who proceeded to show me around the facility and explained everything. I had booked a massage which was great. The therapist, Mai, was really nice. She went over what I should expect and I got to choose the scent out of three aromatherapy oils I wanted (you have the option of going scentless if you prefer). The pressure was really good for me. After my massage I had a wee lie down on the heated beds in the lounge and felt super relaxed. (The Nucalm experience is an add on (pay extra) so I skipped that. But honestly, I don't think I could have got more relaxed anyway. I then enjoyed the steam room and infrared sauna. They have separate steam rooms for male and female, same with the infrared sauna. I know this might sound trivial but the shower was amazing. The water pressure is so good. Everything is newly furbished so it all looks super clean. I went on a Thursday during the day so it was quiet and pretty much had the place to myself until I was getting dressed after the experience. So, that probably added to the feeling of being luxurious and relaxing. It's everything you'd expect or want from a spa in a Fairmont. It is expensive. (I was using a gift voucher.) And they add a mandatory 18% gratuity (%16 of which goes to your therapist). If you can splurge, I'd recommend it.

Nice and clean however we paid for just the use of the spa ( steam/sauna) and was quite crowded and overpriced . Would definitely not do that option again
