Honestly Wish i Could put a 0 , First off they literally Carried over my stuff from a child which makes no sense because that wasn’t my responsibility, & Then Paid the remainder anyways & then booked an Appointment & During Wait time My Son Had a Seizure literally right in the waiting room& i had to leave rebooked an appointment & with his epilepsy being unpredictable i was literally home and had to keep watch for him for a period for more then 24 hrs at a time & couldn’t make the appointment! & when i tried to go book my son they were cool with it till i told them who i was and they were like sorry nope cannot book it because it would be you bringing him! like what kind of service is that ?! makes no sense & she had already had his appointment good to go but because it was me ???? hf have fun with the service here! 🤣

If there was a way to give this place a bonus sixth star I would. Dr. Talbot and his team are the best dentists / hygienists I have ever had. He is the first person in the dental profession I’ve ever had that doesn’t feel like they’re trying to drain your wallet. He clearly explained all the options to me and worked through a plan that made sense for my insurance coverage and optimal health outcome.

This place is incredible. Everyone is kind, patient, and swift. I’ve been a patient of Dr Talbot for years, and have crippling dental anxiety, and I wouldn’t think of ever going elsewhere. Highly recommend this team.

Dr.Nguyen drilled out my teeth and offered me no pain medication, forcing me to miss a day of work. About two weeks later he drilled out another tooth, but before he did so, I explained that i need pain medication for a day or two in order for me to be able to work, and that Tylenol and Aleve were insufficient. He agreed to give me a prescription. After drilling away my tooth he left without giving me a prescription and so one of the nurses had to go get him to remind him of what he was supposed to do. He brings me the prescription and it was literally a prescription for aleve! Anyone can buy as much aleve as they want at anytime there genius! There is no logical reason to prescribe this to me when I already explained that I have used it and found it to be insufficient. Dr.Nguyen is a particularly unintelligent man who puts his patients in extreme pain and offers them nothing despite the fact that he can easily remove that pain.

Dr. Talbot was outstanding with my two kids, ages 6 and 8. Each kid needed one filling, and Dr. Talbot was patient, empathetic and calmly explained to the kids what would be happening, and even showed them the tools of the trade to ease their nervousness. I would highly recommend Dr. Talbot and the staff.
