Every visit to this office is amazing. Every staff member is polite, knowledgeable, and caring. Chelsea has been my hygienist for two appointments now and it's obvious that she's very passionate about her job and patient care. She communicates clearly with care and enthusiasm. I couldn't recommend this dental office enough.

This is such an amazing dental office, it is always a pleasant experience, from when you first enter the door through to getting onto the chair for whatever you need. Everybody is very personable professional and very accommodating, they certainly embrace technology and know how to use it to the best. In all the years that I've been going there, I can honestly say I haven't had a bad experience at any time.

I have been a patient at Southdale Dental Centre since 2020. The doctors are very professional, and Dr. Ali is especially amazing. He truly has a kind heart and genuinely cares about his patients. Compared to the two dental centres I visited before, this one is far better. The hygienists are friendly, professional, and supportive. The front desk staff are always accurate, welcoming, and ready to listen. Highly recommended!

Was in search of a better dental office. Heard lots of good things about Southdale Dental Office from the neighborhood. Wow they were not wrong. Fit me in with a week's notice. The assistant, Sherri, was so friendly and positive and took time to explain things to me. Answered all my questions without demeaning me. I could tell she actually cleaned my teeth well, instead of racing from one tooth to the next. I've never been so happy to leave a dental office before. Hope my next visit goes just as well.

I had an excellent experience at this clinic. Dr. Khaled was incredibly thorough and patient, taking the time to explain every option clearly and making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout my visit. I really appreciated his calm approach and attention to detail. There was absolutely no wait time, which made the whole appointment even smoother. Paula was amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and reassuring. She immediately put my mind at ease and made the experience feel stress-free. Truly a fantastic team. I highly recommend them!
