Highly skilled and real locksmiths has a key to every lock 🔐 to return their clients to them . Awesome experience as always . I was a loyal customer to other competitors, since last 15 years. Any keys issue once cut , no need to go again since it was cut right . But one experience changed my mind. Had a lock box that has no key . Went to competitors and they neither considered to cut the keys or arrange a new lock for it. The lock box was irreplaceable so mandatory to find the solution for it . Upon visiting here, the team of Somerville helped me quickly with the answer and satisfactory ETA on the resolution 😀. Worked out swiftly. All team memebers are professional and best with their skills 👏 👌 👍 Want to thank you for serving community .

I arrived at the shop at 4:15 after work to get a complex key made for my car. The key had an unusual shape and was difficult to duplicate — the guys went through three blanks before they got it right. In the end, the key worked perfectly with all the doors, the trunk, and the ignition. Even though they close at 4:30, they stayed late to finish the job. Really professional service — I highly recommend this place!

Had an issue with the deadbolt at our residence, Preston attended fixed the deadbolt realigned the door latch and handles. Door now closes properly. Preston was very professional and completed the work quickly, I would recommend Somerville!

Great problem solving & service! There was a discrepancy on scheduling for our appointment (all good!) and Somerville was really great about fixing it. We were able to still receive service on the same day within an hour notice, and received a discount for the mistake. Our technician was great, friendly, and chatted with us as he worked away.
