I am extremely disappointed by the behavior and treatment I experienced at your truck wash. As a paying customer, I expected professional and respectful service, but instead I was treated unfairly and disrespectfully in a way that felt discriminatory and racist. No customer should ever feel judged or disrespected because of their background or appearance. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and does not represent basic human respect or professional standards. I hope you take this feedback seriously and reflect on how customers are treated at your business. Respect and equality should be the foundation of any service, especially in a professional environment. Until meaningful changes are made, I cannot recommend this place to other drivers.

Great service , cleans car well . The soap water is actually soap . The spot free was soapy but the worker stopped me , and gave me another rinse & spot free on the house . Friendly guy & it’s always clean in the facility . Recommend 10/10 alll around :)

$18 touchless car wash doesn't include blow dry, apparently. The wand wash, if you're using it, and hoping to blow away some moisture off at the end, blower never works either (they do have this option on the coin operated machine). You'll have more luck blowing on it yourself, or just go to co-op.

Brought my truck in to give it a detail wash and clean. Was a little surprised to see a tire pump air system in the bay I was it. It had an air cleaning nozzle and I gave the truck a detail spary of air through the Interior to clean up some dust locked into the seat protectors. Place was very clean and tidy. Wish my car washes were this nice.

I had my vehicle cleaned by Joanne at Soak Zone, and I’m beyond impressed! It looks even better than when I first drove it off the lot last year. Joanne did an absolutely amazing job! Every detail was spotless. I’m extremely pleased with the results and will definitely be recommending Joanne and Soak Zone to anyone looking to get their vehicle detailed. Top-notch service!
