One of the worst physical therapy clinics I've been to. Physiotherapist, Doctor, Psychologist all care about this being a formality for the WCB process instead of genuine care for the patient. Would NOT recommend this clinic to anyone.

I am not very good when it comes to new people and new places. Anxiety usually takes control. I can honestly say that SMRC therapy and chiropractic employees exceeded all of my expectations. I was scared about having an assessment done for SGI, especially due to the fact I’ve been long period of time it passed since the accident. Their professionalism from the minute you walked in the front door, to your final goodbye , left me with smile on my face. For the first time since my accident, I actually felt heard. It gave me hope in moving forward and getting past my concerns. Dealing with Chad Anderson, didn’t make me feel uncomfortable, but encouraged me and we had to laugh at the same time. Dr. Heather Paull was amazing. She is a straight shooter and wants to understand what I was trying to explain. I felt that she actually heard and understood my concerns. She took the time to listen and asked questions which is extremely rare these days. You can’t go wrong by choosing SMRC for physical therapy , chiropractic rehabilitation. As a team they will provide a detailed plan, That after careful consideration will fit your needs. To all the staff at SMRC, Thank you for your professionalism, your friendliness and the ability to work through my anxieties. It was a pleasure, and I will be highly recommending your services.

I have been seeing Dr. Paull for years and would be happy to drive anywhere for her. The new location she has been at that is SMRC is so easy to find, parking is easily available, the staff are accommodating and friendly, and Heather continues to provide the same wonderful care. I am so grateful.

Heather and the other professionals at SMRC are amazing! ♥️ I always get top level service and treatments by a staff that truly cares about my total health, and are proactive about not just addressing the surface issues but probing deeper to help prevent future ones. Plus, you will get prompt and friendly service from the front end staff, in a beautiful building with ample parking. 5 🌟 I highly recommend!

This is a fantastic place! The staff at the front desk are amazing. They are friendly, courteous and always do their utmost to accommodate you. I see Dr. Prichard for chiropractic treatments and she is exceptional. I have also had physical therapy here and had an excellent experience. This is a very positive environment for you to enhance your health at.
