I needed two bathroom box lights removed and newer fixtures installed. The box lights used fluorescent bulbs and had no electrical box. Natasha came and inspected what work needed to be done and the timing involved. She explained that it would take two visits. The first visit she would remove the boxes and then pull the wire to an outlet with a temporary lightbulb. We would then have someone repair the drywall and paint before she came back to install the new fixture. Natasha gave us her quote to which we agreed upon and set up a week for her first visit. Natasha removed the boxes and relocated the new outlet. She wore booties and cleaned up after she was finished. She was professional and efficient. Unfortunately, the drywall repair took longer than expected but Natasha was patient and came back once the paint was dry. Natasha was quick and efficient when installing the new fixtures. She ensured they were properly centered and levelled. I will definitely call Smilingo Electrical for any future projects. Natasha’s knowledge and experience definitely make me feel confident in her work.

Natasha, (company owner) was on time, gave me two quotes. I chose the better option for me. She wore booties in my house and cleaned up after herself. I was impressed! Natasha is the best electrician that I've worked with so far. She was able to give me a FAIR quote, and also immediately addressed my issues regarding future-proofing my house without me even having to bring it up. She was super professional, knew what I wanted without me even asking, and the electrical work was top notch! She installed my hard-wired doorbell camera (it works perfectly), fixed an extremely hazardous wiring in my kitchen electrical, fixed my electrical such that I don't have to worry about over load, installed a 240V plug for my EV charger, and when I took a picture of her work in my garage, my EV friends noted how beautiful it looked. It was high quality parts.
