Dr. Yeh and his staff are incredible. They genuinely care about their patients' needs and are excellent at what they do. Im always greeted with a smile when I walk in, and Dr. Yeh takes his time and doesnt rush his work. I highly recommend Dr. Yeh and Smiles Dental Group to anyone looking for a solid dental establishment.

The best patient care!! Dr. Yeh, goes above and beyond explaining each procedure. The assistant Queenoe made sure I was comfortable. I get very nervous at the dentist. They prioritize comfort and schedule you for all follow up appointments! My forever go to dental clinic

I had a great experience getting my teeth cleaned by Angel. She was incredibly kind, gentle, and professional, and made the whole appointment feel comfortable and stress-free. She took the time to explain what she was doing and checked in throughout to make sure I was okay. My teeth feel amazing, and I really appreciated how thorough yet gentle she was. I would absolutely recommend Angel to anyone looking for a great dental cleaning experience!

I had another great experience at this dental office. The staff are always so polite and welcoming, and they greet you with genuine smiles every time. The whole clinic has a really positive vibe that makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. I truly appreciate the consistent professionalism and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Very friendly, but very disorganized. Their friendliness is the only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1. I’ve been going to the St Albert one and also their Brintnell location. You would think for locations owned by the same company, their communication would be better. But every time I spoke to somebody about something, I would always receive different answers. I had an upcoming baby teeth and wisdom teeth extraction, and no one had spoken to me about sedation options yet, so I called to ask and not only did they not answer my question until later, but informed me that the dentist I was scheduled to see in like 2 weeks didn’t think he was capable and thus referred me to another dentist, requiring me to rearrange my entire schedule on short notice after I had already booked off my time from work. For this appointment I had also asked if they could check out a filling they’d given me roughly a month prior, as it is still tender. Over the phone I was told sure no problem. Then when I get to the office the day of my supposed tooth extraction, they not only refuse to look at my filling but they also weren’t even aware I was supposed to be getting 2 baby teeth extracted as well. They also did not go over insurance costs with me until I had already taken sedation pills (when we weren’t even sure which teeth we were extracting anymore), only to inform me it would cost me $1,500 out of pocket if I was to go through with removing the 6 teeth I was originally told we’d be removing. Obviously I cannot afford to do that, very few people can, so we only removed the baby teeth. So now after rearranging my schedule twice, and lots of confusion, I have to wait until January to schedule my wisdom teeth removal. Again. And quite frankly after all this lack of communication, I lack faith that my future appointment date will be kept the same or even go the way I’m told it will.
