I’ve seen Shayla twice for my nails and have had very pleasant experiences each time. She’s knowledgeable, skilled, and always willing to work with me. I absolutely love my nails and haven’t had any issues with them. They last with minimal chilling or lifting & having the free edge reinforced has really helped my retention! The only area I feel could improve is the reception experience. The front staff could be a bit friendlier when greeting clients and more involved, as they sometimes seem slightly disconnected from the rest of the team. I was contacted just hours before my appointment to reschedule because my tech was sick and needed to go home. While I completely understood the situation, I wasn’t able to move my appointment earlier that day due to hockey, and I couldn’t reschedule for another day as I was heading out of town. I did start looking into other options since I knew my nails wouldn’t last until my next booking. That said, Shayla personally reached out to apologize for the confusion in communication. She ran home to get medication, began feeling better, and made the effort to still see me around my originally scheduled time after hockey. I truly appreciated the extra effort she made to ensure my appointment still happened. Overall, Shayla has been great to work with, and I really value her professionalism and talent.

Such a great experience! I went for facials with my friend and they were amazing! We were put in a room with a sliding door, which was super fun to be side by side. The technicians asked a lot of questions in regards to my daily skincare, and then chose the products best suiting for my skin type. My skin feels so hydrated & soft. Overall, such a relaxing place for a spa day.

I book a pedicure with Krista every month, and she always does an amazing job! She’s thorough, professional, and gives the absolute best massage at the end of each pedicure. The salon itself is always clean and uses high-quality products. I’ve consistently had great experiences here and highly recommend Krista and Slayed!

I have been going to slayed since they first opened and I could not recommend them enough! They work with professional products and their work speaks for itself. Krista and the team are professional and so welcoming and it’s a great and relaxing atmosphere! I also leave so refreshed and full of confidence.

Terrible service. I arrived without an appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure. They asked me to come back at 2:20 PM, so I waited almost 30 minutes in my car. In the end, the technician took way too long just to remove my polish ,I had to wait another 30 minutes. I then asked for a simple foot cleaning without polish, since I have a small injury on one toe. After stepping away for two minutes, the technician came back with another person to tell me they didn’t have time to do my hands because they had other appointments. I found that very unprofessional. The funniest part was when the other person told me I hadn’t mentioned that from the beginning , I suggest they check the camera footage, everything is recorded, I believe. And for that little cleaning, I was charged $65.
