Me and my friend got our daith’s pierced and within 2-3 days hers got infected and she needed antibiotics and mine keeps bleeding and has a bump even after cleaning it 1-2 times a day after getting it done

They broke confidentiality and said things to my dad’s coworker and when confronted the lady was nice and gave me 150 in store credits. I was gonna use them for a walk in tattoo. This other girl with shoulder length hair wearing all black. Said it was booked up after 20 mins of opening. Which is fine and she explained the placing of the tattoo is usually denied unless appointment was made, which again is fine. When I showed her the tattoo she was super rude and walking away to the back while rudely explaining stuff. It was mostly her tone. I booked an appointment, no reminder was sent out and I’m busy so I missed the appointment. I could’ve done better to remember. I’ve gotten a nose hoop there and I wanted it small and they didn’t help to make sure it fit properly and it stretched my nose piercing hole. Every time I went for help of infection or pain they just say use to use their solution. Going out of town to catyclism ever since.

I got my conch and tragus both pierced here and it went amazing! Unfortunately I didn't catch her name but she explained the process very well, talked me through it and was overall very comfortable to br around. I will be back next time I am in town, would recommend going here for a piercing.

The staff were so sweet and kind. Mike did my tattoo for me and he made sure the tattoo was exactly how I wanted it, when I asked for a few changes he was super happy to do them for me, not once did he seem annoyed at my request for the adjustments. Thank you so much for such a great experience guys! Looking forward to returning.

I could have given a 0 star if its an option..15 days before i went for ear piercing and after 5 days i again visited their that my ear is paining , the girl who has done my ear peirced just gave me a cleaning solution which was of no use and can see the condition of my ear in pictures . I am facing a medical condition from past 8 days regularly going to hospital for treatment and the pain which is unbearable and peircing done on my ear cartilage , infection spreaded on whole body ,now went through an ear surgery

Went for 2 walk-in piercings and was pleasantly greeted by 2 women. Teighlor was the one who did my piercings and was so fun & easy going. She made me feel comfortable and made sure the piercings were done quick and efficient. Will definitely be returning for more in the future!
