Service is exemplary. But the lobby music is atrocious, to say the least. It's in total disharmony with surroundings. In the treatment room, Patty's, the music is excellent, relaxing, quiet, and fades into the background without being completely silent. Much much better.

I had an injectable consult/ treatment with Nurse Taylor. I was finally ready to start my Botox journey. She was incredibly sweet and listened to me on my concerns while also providing me education on what to expect. I was so nervous to do anything to my face but Taylor made me feel so comfortable in her chair and sharing a few laughs helped! I loved the fact that she respected my wishes on starting slow and subtle while not pushing anything more. It’s been a few days and I’m incredibly pleased with my results! If you are thinking of having a treatment done, book with Skin Clinics- I do not regret it at all.

I grew up in a red neck family that preached that taking care of our looks was vanity and wrong… For this reason I’ve never given much thought to how I look… My wife helps me with my clothing purchases and I’ve never used any type of skin care products in my life (hence my inch long hang-nails all winter long) You can understand why I was incredibly hesitant to try Skin Clinics products at all… mostly, I have never really invested in my body other than how I eat or exercise. My experience was fantastic! Zoe booked in an appointment for me to meet with an expert and while I feared being pushed into buying products that I didn’t want, there was zero hard sales at all. I was actually told that my skin is in pretty good shape. When I asked about product recommendations, my consultant even recommended a couple of products that they didn’t sell in store because they would be better for me! I’m also a lover of older architecture and the building skin clinics is in is really cool. I ended up purchasing a couple of products from the Skin Clinics that Zoe manages and I can quickly see a change after 2-3 days! I highly recommend each and every chapter member to visit the Skin Clinic for a free consult and go with an open mind so that we can help those around us care for the largest organ in the body AND take care of ourselves in a unique way. When we look better, our clients and customers tend to assume we are more successful, which helps with our own sales! From the moment I walked in the staff were amazing, plus it is so pretty. Reception was warm and kind, Joy was the nurse that analyzed and made suggestions, she is amazing! Highly knowledgeable, experienced and so compassionate. She really gets to know her clients and what they like and need. Outstanding service!
