Best gym in Regina and it's not even close . Old hammer strength machines says it all . Super welcoming spot with an old school vibe . It's not planet fitness and thank God for that .

Absolutely perfect, each machine has a good amount of wear on them which only makes them feel better in a weird way. Attachments for cables are abundant and diverse. Machines are all unique and there’s not one muscle group you won’t leave untouched, unless it’s your shins though I’m sure they’ve got something in the back for you niche muscle building gymbros. Day pass is 10 dollars and well worth it if you’re in a pinch and need a good pump 💪
