The staff here are super helpful and friendly. Steve is amazing. I have multiple issues and sometimes am paralyzed about how to approach what. Steve has met me where I am with grace, thoughtfulness and no judgement. He addresses what shows up on any given day with an eye toward longer term mobility goals. A consummate professional he is also kind…..and gives me hope.

I had the pleasure of working with Daniel Lew at Sitka Physio & Wellness after tearing my hamstring at age 48—a pretty daunting injury, especially when you're unsure if you'll ever get back to 100%. Daniel was incredibly fair and realistic in both his assessment and rehab plan, which gave me confidence from the start. The exercises he prescribed were manageable and easy to incorporate into my daily routine, which made sticking to the rehab process much less overwhelming. I really appreciated how timely his appointments were—I was able to attend sessions during my lunch break without stress or delay. What stood out most was Daniel’s integrity. He never dragged out the process or pushed for unnecessary appointments. Once I was nearly fully healed, he was reasonable and supportive in releasing me from treatment. The clinic itself is spotless, and the staff are always warm and welcoming. Highly recommend Daniel and the team at Sitka Physio & Wellness if you're looking for thoughtful, effective care

Elisabeth is the best physio I have come across in my years of dealing with chronic pain. She takes the time to truly listen and takes a holistic approach to managing concerns rather than targeting only one area. She’s also very skilled in IMS and makes the experience as comfortable as possible. Would highly recommend her!
