A large snow fell off a moving truck damaging my vehicle. I attempted to stop the truck with no success. My vehicle was towed to Simplicity Car Care in Vaughan. I dealt with Jessica and she was amazing. I was stranded in their office for an hour cos I couldn’t get through to my adjuster, Jessica and the folks at the body shop arranged for a rental for me so that I didn’t have to be late picking my daughter up from daycare. I can go on n on about their kindness, respect for humanity and excellent service n love I received at this business. I was filled with tears of joy when I picked my car up today March 4, 2026. The car looks like when I purchased it in 2023. They did a great job my car looks like brand new. They even detailed inside and outside. I recommend this body shop to anybody in need of work, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Jessica nd the team at Simplicity car care Vaughan for fixing my car. I highly recommend Simplicity Car Care Vaughan!! They recently repaired my car’s bumper and they did an amazing job!! My car looks beautiful inside and out. They detailed the interior for me too as well as cleaning some residue that was built up on the doors of my car for me that I was not able to get off for years!! They have terrific customer service and made the whole process effortless for me and I can’t thank them enough! I appreciate their high level of standards and high level of service they provide! I will definitely be back for any body work my car needs in the future and will recommend them to my friends and family. They truly go above and beyond!! I recently had my car repaired at Simplicity Car Care and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Jessica took fantastic care of everything throughout the process — she kept me updated, explained things clearly, and was always professional and friendly. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond by arranging for the rental car to be picked up directly from Simplicity, so I didn’t have to make an extra trip to return it myself. That level of customer service made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you to Jessica and the team at Simplicity Car Care for the great work and customer focused support. Highly recommend.

100000000000000% recommend if you need any body repairs! I had to get my bumper replaced and they did such a fantastic job! Jessica was so helpful when I reached out for a quote, and made it so easy to set up my appointment. As I waited for my car to be done I got to talking with her and the owner Fernando, and I must day their customer service is beyond exceptional! Will definitely be back if i have any other work to be done in the future!!
