No one’s happy about having to go to an auto body shop. Basically means you or someone else messed up the vehicle you rely on. My son referred me to Simplicity. He recently had work done and was pleased with the results. After having work done at Simplicity I now know why he referred me. Of the three estimates I got Simplicity’s was the most reasonable. The estimate matched the final cost which is always much appreciated. Jason the estimator took the time to explain the repair process and reviewed the work on pickup. The receptionist is also very pleasant and helpful and makes you feel welcome and cared for. I was extremely pleased with my entire experience at Simplicity and with the work they carried out. My vehicle was taken in for repairs as scheduled but was repaired and arrived back to me all washed and shiny one day earlier than expected. Based on my experience with Simplicity I’d definitely refer anyone needing auto body repair to the fine staff at Simplicity.

I was very stressed out after my accident, I got my truck sent here and it may have taken a bit of time but I got it back and looked good as new. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Sent me photos upon request and even repainted my bumper to match the rest of the truck. Very happy with the service

Jason and his staff were exceptional! Their customer service and top quality repair went above and beyond my expectations on 2 occasions I had my vehicles in for repair, highly recommend them for any of your auto body needs!

Excellent work. It was an older car so they had to wait for parts but once parts received the work was completed on time and on schedule . I have no hesitation recommending them. Just over a month from time of accident to repairs completed.

Jason was very understanding and prompt in doing my vehicle appraisal and getting it in for repair. They did a fantastic job on the repairs, so much so it looks brand new. I had my vehicle back very quickly also. There were no surprises and the appraisal was dead on. My vehicle was cleaner inside and out when leaving the shop. I will definitely recommend Simplicity to family and acquaintances! Great job guys! 😊
