The receptionist, Gracie, was very attentive, and the person who helped me with my car repair was also very kind. I'm extremely thankful for their help and support. I wouldn't wish an accident on anyone, but if it happens, this is the place to go. Thanks to the entire team for their excellent work. 😊

I was referred to Simplicity Car Care by my insurance company after being hit by another driver. It was a very stress-free process with them, from the first phone call and quote, to the booking, repairs, updates, and completion. The communication was great, I was always informed of any updates, the rental car shuttle was arranged for me, and I felt like I barely had to do anything myself. I'd never been involved in a car accident prior to this experience - Simplicity Car Care really took my stress away and my van looks brand new again!

Overall, my experience was good. My repairs were taking longer than anticipated due to parts arriving late. They communicated that to me right away and to my insurance, so my insurance was able to extend my rental. I can't say enough about Grace, the receptionist! She was always welcoming and handled everything calmly and with grace. And most importantly, the repair were immaculate. I would definitely come back there.

I want to give specific credit to Grace at Simplicity Car Care for an excellent front-desk experience. My appointment ran late, and I was under real time pressure because I needed to pick up my daughter. The alternative would have been leaving my truck and taking a rental, but the additional insurance coverage at $20 per day until January 26—plus another week or two during repairs—was simply not workable for me financially. That put me in a tight spot very quickly. Grace immediately understood the situation, listened carefully, and worked through the options with me efficiently and calmly. She didn’t dismiss the constraints or rush the conversation. She showed genuine empathy, kept things light when appropriate, and helped resolve the issue quickly so I could make it where I needed to be. Her ability to balance professionalism with warmth made a real difference. That kind of awareness and human understanding matters—especially in stressful insurance and repair situations. Grace handled it with competence, kindness, and just enough humor to ease the tension. Simplicity is fortunate to have her at the front desk.
