We had Shordee out for an air conditioner hook up and let me just say Jordan was excellent. He came prepared and when we threw a fast ball at him he had the required parts and took no time at all. Will use agian. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Had some strange electrical problems on the weekend. Called Monday morning and by after lunch they had a technician out to check out our concerns. Both the tech and office staff were very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Would highly recommend 😃

We had a very poor experience with this company.
We contracted Shordee for a 6 hour electrical repair at our farm. The electrician arrived on time and did a good job as far as we could tell. I assisted him in moving our tractor so he had space to work, providing lighting and turning the heat up in our shop while he did his work. He left and all was well.
The work was completed on a Monday and we waited a few days for the invoice which arrived on Wednesday. I work out of town and my wife works at the hospital completing surgeries so we could not review the invoice immediately. I received a call from the office less than 48 hours after receiving the invoice somewhat rudely demanding payment. I explained that my wife keeps the credit card and she is in surgery during your office hours so it would have to wait until her next day off which was Monday. I explained to the woman that it is unusual to demand payment so soon and she said we would be hearing from the "CEO" then.
Within 30 seconds I received a call from the "CEO" demanding explanation for why I am not paying them for their work. I explained that I have every intention to pay but could not pay this instant because my wife was in surgery and she can't drop everything to pay them. I explained that we would of happily paid on site but they didn't have a POS system so they use the invoice method. I asked the "CEO" why he was so concerned about collecting payment so soon after I received the invoice. He said he has dealt with people like me for 16 years not wanting to pay them for work they completed. Needless to say I took offense to this because I had full intentions to pay them but needed more then 24 hours to arrange the payment which isn't unusual in my eyes. I then reminded the CEO that I have used them before to do 100% of the electrical when I built my house 5 years ago which was a invoice worth probably $30,000 which I paid no problem. I asked him if I paid that invoice then why was he worried about me not paying a $1700 invoice now, which he had no answer to.
The "CEO" finally asked when I planned to pay the invoice and I said next week when my wife isn't working and has time to call while you are open. He said "when is next week, I want to know the exact date and time". Needless to say this fella did not deserve anymore of my time and I hung up the phone.
The invoice has now been paid in full as I was always planning to do. However, after that treatment I will never use Shordee Electrical again.
It should also be noted I am a contractor myself and have owned my own company for 13 years. I issue my clients invoices and never expect payment within 48 hours. After 30 days usually I follow up with a phone call reminder. I would never treat a customer the way they treated us...
