UPDATE: Shiny reached out after my initial review and scheduled a recall appointment to address the issues I mentioned. The second visit was a much better experience. The technician who came paid much closer attention to detail, and the areas I previously mentioned were cleaned properly. I appreciate the team making the effort to follow up and correct the situation. It's hard for me to fully recommend this service because of the issues I experienced from the first appointment but Shiny definitely rectified the situation and was keen to make it right. _______________________________________________________________ I recently had my car detailed by Shiny, and unfortunately I’m not entirely satisfied with the service. The overall cleaning took about an hour and a half, and it felt quite rushed. After the appointment, I noticed there was still a fair amount of dirt and debris left in the carpeting — particularly around the pedal area, the passenger seat, the rear seats, and along the backing of the rear seats. There was also a puddle of soap left in the passenger foot mat area. I was expecting a more thorough job, especially from a professional detailing service. I hope they’re able to address this and improve the consistency and quality of their work going forward.

Gabriel did an amazing job cleaning my sedan despite the mess it was in! Really appreciated his patience when I gave the wrong address! My bad! He showed up at my place within minutes and accommodated my appt. He was courteous and very friendly, making me feel like a star client! The job he did inside and out was exceptional. This service saved me all the time and headache of going to a storefront and waiting 45 minutes in a cold waiting room. Worth the time and $$. Thanks Shiny and Gabriel!

We booked Shiny Auto Detailing for our 7-seater and had a full interior and exterior detail done. The team did an incredible job, they even removed gum from the carpet, which I honestly didn’t think was possible.
